On the 4th of March 2020, the Central Council of Urban Issues and Disputes (CUID) voted unanimously for – the admittance of the Specialized Spatial Plan pre-approval request in regards to the enlargement of the Lavrio Municipality Industrial Park as recipient to proactive activities.
The Technical Report for the pre-approval of the SP (in accordance with law 4447/2016) was submitted by SUPCO’s team of associates.
Today, on the Thursday 28th of March 2020, was signed by the Minister for Development and Investments, Adoni Georgiadi, also in the presence of the Secretary-General for Private Investments, Nikou Mantzoupha, the Presidential Decree Plan in relation to the AGC strategic investment in Mykonos, at the value of 60 mil. Euros, which furthermore, earned the Council of State’s seal of approval in the previous days.
The allotted investment concerns the realization of a strategically important touristic facility, which includes a hotel complex of five stars and capable of hosting 192 beds, with complimentary sport facilities, spa center, conventions’ venue, shopping mall and tourist boat shelter.
The urban assistance for the SISDP designing, in its entirety, was taken up and successfully managed by SUPCO’s team of associates.
