The SUPCO Urban Planners team prepares studies in accordance with Law 4864/2021 both for the characterization of an investment as “Strategic” and for the Spatial Development Plan for Strategic Investments (ΕΣΧΑΣΕ under its greek acronym) in line with the provisions of Law 3986/2011.
One of the approved Strategic Investments involves the Approval of the Special Spatial Development Plan of the Strategic Investment (ΕΣΧΑΣΕ), titled “Touristic Development in Mykonos,” by BLUE IRIS S.A. at the “Karapetis” site in the Municipal Community of Ano Mera, Municipality of Mykonos, on the Island of Mykonos in the South Aegean Region (PD 304-2020), as well as the Joint Ministerial Decision (Government Gazette 5Δ/2022) approving its siting.
