The SUPCO Urban Planners team is conducting urban and town-planning studies—specifically land subdivision (rymotomikes) studies—for areas awaiting inclusion, as well as modifications to existing town-planning schemes in various regions across Greece. These studies primarily concern privately owned plots, due to decisions lifting expropriation, the need to align town-planning schemes with the directives of the General Urban Plan (GUP), and the correction of errors.
