Modification of General Urban Plans – ΣΧΟΟΑΠ

Description

The SUPCO Urban Planners team undertakes the preparation of Point Modifications of General Urban Plans (GUP) and Spatial and Settlement Organization Plans for Open Cities (ΣΧΟΟΑΠ under its greek acronym), following the provisions of the following legislative and regulatory frameworks:

        • Law 4447/2016, as amended by Article 10 of Law 4759/2020 (in force since 09/12/2020),
        • Government Decision 90/2018, as amended by paragraph 3 of Article 18 of Law 4787/2021,
        • Law 2508/1997, Article 4, paragraph 10.

Additionally, the bulletin Α.Π. ΥΠΕΝ/ΓΡΓΓΧΣΑΠ/36639/1411 (04/04/2023) is taken into account, providing special directions and clarifications.

SUPCO’s approach ensures compliance with the current institutional framework and the adoption of best practices in urban planning.
