Failure to comply with SUPCO’s anti-bribery policy may result in dismissal, termination of cooperation, or legal action.

All employees receive training and updates and are sensitized to issues related to the prevention of bribery. They understand, address effectively, and are obligated to report to SUPCO’s management any incident of bribery. SUPCO’s management investigates, with due diligence, every report it receives regarding bribery or potential bribery.
